Presentation by Rev. Sam Brannon, Outreach and Engagement Specialist with the Texas Interfaith Center for Public Policy and Texas Impact. The desired outcome from this presentation is to form a diverse planning group that will organize a workshop for other residents in our water planning region of Texas. The focus of the workshop would be on the way that the water planning process works and how citizens can participate in that process.
We are especially looking for folks who have an interest in local and regional water policy. We need diverse participation if we are to have an effective voice in implementing policies about our most precious resource: water.
To get an idea of who will be attending, we are asking those who plan to attend the February 12th presentation, as well as those who cannot attend but who have an interest in this topic, to RSVP at this link: http://goo.gl/zRvc62
Unless the peaceCENTER is listed as the organizer,
