Mary Gentile, a senior research scholar at Babson College in Massachusetts, is the founding director of Giving Voice to Values, the internationally acclaimed business curriculum that helps individuals better voice and act on their values. Her pioneering approach to values-driven leadership has been featured in top-tier academic journals and piloted in more than 485 business schools and organizations globally.
