Description: Those participating in social justice/action work face discouragement, compassion fatigue and frustration. Learn about spiritual resources to cultivate resilience and hope while responding to and speaking and acting for justice and peace.
Instructor: The Rev. Kelly S. Allen, pastor at University Presbyterian Church, holds a Master of Divinity with honors from Columbia Theological Seminary and Masters of Arts in politics and religion from the University of Birmingham, England. Allen is co-moderator of the Interfaith Welcome Coalition in San Antonio.
