We are the conductors of our lives, and when making choices for how to lead our lives, compassion skills are not only nice to have they are essential to have. Imagine that you are the conductor of an orchestra and with every note the orchestra plays, you can help make the world a better place. World transformation depends on personal transformation in everyday life. Positive change occurs when we each take steps in our own lives, and the more we practice, the stronger we become. What skills do you need? How can you make a difference? In this series we will explore three key dimensions of compassion (caring for others, self, and the Earth). We will search deeply, inspire, interact, share, and gain understanding, purpose, and resources for revealing and practicing “3D” compassion in our lives. Join us on the path to becoming virtuosos of compassion! Bring your journal for notes and personal expression.
