Because of the possibility of wet & cold weather, the Blessing of the Peacemakers has been moved to the Whitley Center at the Oblate School of Theology.
Peace is Our Birthright
On the peaceCENTER’s 20th anniversary, as we explore how peace is passed down through the generations, we encourage you to bring a young person to the ceremony to celebrate their birthright — of PEACE!
Introduction of the 2015 San Antonio Peace Laureate.
Music by the San Antonio Vocal Arts Ensemble (SAVAE)
Instead of our traditional peace potluck, The Blessing of the Peacemakers ceremony will be followed by a “milk and cookies” reception at the peaceCENTER’s new home, the Rock House.
As always, the Blessing of the Peacemakers is free, but we would be honored if you would consider making a contribution to ensure the continuation of the peaceCENTER’s work.
