An armed Black Panther contingent marched into the California State Assembly in Sacramento to protest a bill (the Mulford Act) that would ban the open carrying of unconcealed weapons, which was legal there at the time.  The first video is from 1967;  the second was recorded on March 16, 2015 in Austin and depicts the Huey Newton Gun Club on the day the Texas Senate passed an open carry bill.
