International Homeless Animals’ Day (IHAD) started in 1992 to help raise awareness of the homeless animal problem around the world. God's Dogs Rescue is committed to helping solve the problem by spaying/neutering and raising awareness. They will have a candlelight vigil at Pet's Barn at 16045 and Blanco "to shed light on pet overpopulation and the spay/neuter solution."
