Every day asylum seeking women and children pass through San Antonio. Volunteers with RAICES welcome these families with backpacks containing travel supplies essential for their journeys. Join us as we prepare backpacks that make a difference in their lives and symbolize a welcoming community. We need lightweight, decent quality backpacks (eg $15 Jansport). You bring the backpack and we provide the supplies.
Suggested donation $25 plus a backpack.
Please bring family and friends. Lite fare and beverages provided. Please RSVP by March 23 to midwife50@gmail.com
