Wear Orange Walk – San Antonio Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America

December 12, 2015 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 pm

Free

Join supporters of Moms Demand Action for a Wear Orange Walk. We will walk down the RiverWalk to commemorate the third anniversary of the Sandy Hook tragedy and honor all victims and survivors of gun violence. Speeches by local gun violence survivors and community leaders to follow.

Together, we acknowledge that one of the best ways we can honor the victims and survivors of gun violence is to keep moving forward, keep making progress, being visible, and never giving up.
We’ll meet in the grassy area in front of Cured Restaurant in the Pearl, walk down the Riverwalk to SAMA and return to The Pearl. Don’t forget to wear orange – the color of the gun violence prevention movement!
