Medicare for All march, rally and film screening

Healthcare in America continues to be a bad, expensive deal for Americans. We invite you to join us in our demand for a Single Payer Medicare for All system, as supported by over 60% of all Americans. Rather than spending public dollars to prop up for – profit insurance that continues to decrease benefits and increase premiums , we know we can make healthcare affordable and available by cutting out the middle man with a publicly funded, privately administered system, the way all other modern industralized nations do. It is time to stop putting band aids on the gushing wound that leaves Americans sicker, poorer, chronically fearful of illness. Following the march and rally, we will screen a film, Fix It Now, that describes how our current dysfunctional system is damaging American small business, as the cost of provider based insurance continues to rise to a tipping point for American enterprise.
