Los Espejos de Mexico: Una guerra contra el pueblo

The war against the Mexican pueblo continues. On September 26th, 2014, we faced one of the most brutal attacks in the country’s history, carried out on behalf of the State. The Mexican population is suffering the loss of 6 compañeros and the stark reality of 43 disappeared students of the Normal Rural school of Ayotzinapa. They were tortured, massacred, brutally killed at the hands of the police. This is yet another act of repression to be added to list in this the war against the population.

In the streets, the people’s rage and the scream of YA BASTA! (Enough!) are growing. The current regime that intents to govern these lands called Mexico trembles. At the same time, the resistance of more than 500 years continues, a resistance born from the womb of the original pueblos, manifest in the Zapatista struggle.

We invite you to an open space of discussion, reflection and idea exchange on the current war being waged against the Mexican pueblo (a war against the people, a war also taking place on the other side of the border) and their responses of organized resistance.

La guerra en contra del pueblo mexicano continúa. Desdé el día 26 de septiembre de 2014 nos enfrentamos a uno de los embates más duros en la historia del país por parte del estado, las y los mexicanos se duelen por la perdida de 6 compañeros y la desaparición de 43 alumnos de la normal rural de Ayotzinapa, ellos fueron torturados, masacrados, matados cruelmente a manos de la policia, este es un acto de represión que se suma a la estrategía de guerra en contra de la población.

Desde las calles se ve crecer la rabia del pueblo y el grito de YA BASTA, el regimen actual que intenta gobernar estas tierras llamadas México tiembla, a la par continua la resistencia de más de 500 años que nace del vientre de los pueblos originarios.

Les invitamos a un espacio abierto de discusion, reflecion, y intercambio sobre la guerra actual contra el pueblo mexicano (una guerra en contra todos y todas, una guerra que tambien librada aqui en los EU) y las respuestas de resistencia organizada.
