Free Speech Coalition Community Meeting

Saturday May 20, The Esperanza Peace & Justice Center held a workshop about the San Antonio ordinances limiting free speech and access to public gatherings on streets, sidewalks and in the airport. There was interest and energy from the community members who showed up to revive the Free Speech Coalition and to start organizing once again against these ordinances. There has been a City Council Consideration Request filed to re-examine those ordinances. BUT we as community decided that WE need to be the ones coming up with changes to/a new ordinance.
