Film & Panel Discussion: “The Danish Girl”

San Antonio Society for Psychoanalytic Studies is proud to present the feature film “The Danish Girl”. Following the film viewing, we are hosting a panel discussion with special guests Cynthia Phillips and Lauryn Farris who will discuss their life experiences and thoughts on the film.
Moderated by Dr. Trey Thompson, the discussion will end with a q&a for our guests. This is a remarkable opportunity for those in the psychology and social services to better understand the emotional issues that transgendered persons face.
The film begins at 7 PM with the panel discussion following. Proceeds from the film will be donated to the Transgender Education Network of Texas.
