Community Forum: Syria, Paris, Isis and the U.S. Military’s influence in San Antonio @ Movement Gallery

December 7, 2015 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Free

This is a community discussion that will bring historical context to the recent events in Paris and Syia while connecting what is going on locally in San Antonio. As the dominant narrative continues to perpetuate the bourgeoisie and white supremacy, the working class and people of color continue to be excluded from the political discourse.

What does it mean to be a military city why are we preserving this exploitative industry. This discussion is a way to bring and share political education and awareness to the international and global mobilization for human rights to Syrian and other refugees.
