November 8:
5:00-5:30 pm: Learn how climate change impacts national security and meet local veterans working to make sure our government acts in time to keep our planet safe and stable.
5:30 – 7:00 pm: See a screening of A Fierce Green Fire, which describes a history of environmental advocacy and how climate change can change by citizen involvement.
8:30 pm: Enjoy a drink and chat with fellow volunteers after our movie screening of A Fierce Green Fire! (NOTE: the after party is at The Cove, 606 W Cypress St., San Antonio, TX )
November 9, 1-4 pm: Climate Lobby Training. Turn your passion into action by exercising the opportunity that your democracy affords! Learn to engage your member of Congress in a positive way to request a price on carbon.
