Jacques Nsengiyumva, the 2015 Community Solutions Fellow (https://www.irex.org/person/jacques-nsengiyumva) at the Greater Edwards Aquifer Alliance, will discuss his work in Low Impact Development water projects with the goal of incorporating this technology into the infrastructure of Rwanda. Jacques is the Environmental Standards and Regulations Officer for the Rwanda Environment Management Authority (http://www.rema.gov.rw/) in Kigali, Rwanda. Light refreshments will be provided. The event is free and open to the public.
