This ceremony provides an opportunity for participants to let go of thoughts, feelings, events, and ideas from 2015 that no longer serve them. The ceremony begins with an invitation to review and reflect on our lives in 2015. After a time of meditation, participants are given an opportunity to write down on paper what they desire to release. Each person in turn places the paper into a fire.
