At 5:30, prior to the meeting, The San Antonio Chapter of the Texas Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty (TCADP) will hold a vigil for Christopher Wilkins, scheduled to be executed that evening. The meeting, which starts at 6:30, will be held in the conference room, as the usual room is being used by another group.
