The HEART of the East Side of San Antonio – Ella Austin Community Center is currently sitting on land leased by the City of San Antonio. The future of Ella Austin is being threatened by for profit developers gentrifying the East Side AND the lack of financial support from the 2017 bonds package budgeted by the City of San Antonio.
