The United States was founded on a great and noble set of ideas, but implemented by imperfect human beings. We will explore the history of religious freedom and diversity from the beginnings of our Republic through today. What did the Founding Fathers believe and how have their writings been interpreted and applied? What does the future of religious freedom look like from our place in history?
Participants will base discussions on original documents to be distributed in class.
This class is THREE Tuesdays: September 13th, 20th, and 27th, 7-9 p.m. $35
