Attorney Virginia Raymond will speak about the detention of women and children in Karnes City,and Dilley, Texas, and in Berks Co., Pennsylvania and address the impact of the Feb 20, 2015 temporary injunction by US District Court Judge, James E. Boasberg of Washington D.C.
