Join the National Organization of Women as they acknowledge the history of one of their own for Women’s History Month, Rebecca Flores. Rebecca will be sharing the history of the 1966 United Farm Workers march and organizing the September 2016 50th Anniversary march. As a retired Director of UFW she continues to be a strong activist for immigrants and women of domestic violence. Her stories are fascinating- from working “the fields” with her family, college educated, civil rights activist and appointed as director of UFW in 1975 by Cesar Chavez, and raising a family.
