Sponsored by the San Antonio National Pan Hellenic Council, this oratorical contest features junior high and high school students presenting speeches on “How would Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. respond to the recent incidents of excessive force used by law enforcement authorities in the commission of their duties?” They will be competing for awards and prizes.
