1st Annual Conference
The Soul Repair Committee of Austin, Texas, is organizing an event to educate the public about moral injury, defined by the Soul Repair Center at Brite Divinity School as “a complex wound of the soul” that “results from empathy and self-reflection on moral values in the wake of morally ambiguous, extreme conditions.” In addition, the event will offer tools for clergy, professionals, and lay people to support healthier spiritual, physical, social and psychological lives for veterans, their family members, caregivers, and the community.
