This concert will feature Shantikar, which is an evolving performance ensemble led by music pioneer Rick Henderson. The group repertoire includes the classical ragas and devotional songs (kirtan) of India, and a blend of world music styles. Special concert events often feature renowned artists, such as violin master Indradeep Ghosh, currently on tour from India.
