
George Wright, president of Prairie View A&M University, will present a special lecture on the life, work and impact of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Wright is the recipient of the Governors Award by the Kentucky Historical Society for his works “Lynchings, Mob Rule, and ‘Legal Lynchings'” and “The Life Behind a Veil: Blacks in Louisville, Kentucky.”
