This September, SAY Sí’s young artists celebrate Latinx Heritage Month with the annual “Cuentos y Culturas” exhibition and showcase. Middle and high school student-artists will use various media to explore their personal narratives and the rich cultural history of San Antonio.
The ALAS Youth Theatre Company presents Napako, an original stage production that portrays one of the creation stories of the ancient people of Texas. This original play will use multimedia-driven staging and storytelling to dive into the history, geography, and significance of the Blue Hole – a once abundantly flowing water source of the San Antonio River.
