At our Peace Laureate conversation on February 26, 2015 Laureate Rosie Castro spoke passionately about the new film “Children of Giant,” which premiered in San Antonio last week. The Guadalupe Theater’s CineFestival is bringing it back on Tuesday, March 3. Tickets are $10; hosted by Texas Public Radio. It will also be broadcast on PBS stations around the country on April 17.

Now, 60 years later, Children of Giant explores the film’s still timely examination of racial prejudice.
