Our speaker, Russel Smith, noticed a spate of articles in renewable energy trade publications and newspapers around the nation of late expressing amazement that somehow Texas has “suddenly” become a renewable energy leader. Texas is, in fact, the leader in wind by a long shot, and has been for several years. But what about solar?
