Austin University and a Masters in Natural Resources Development from Texas A&M University. He’s a Certified Arborist and is also certified to treat Texas oak wilt. He’s member of the International Society of Arboriculture and the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA).\nIn June 1995\, bringing with him twenty years of experience with trees\, David joined Etter Tree Care\, which was founded by Ed Etter in 1976.  \n
