And what exactly DOES the Texas Railroad Commission do? \nJoin us in welcoming Debra Cardona\, Professor of Government at Northwest Vista College in San Antonio\, who will hold a session on the “ins and outs” of Texas government. Together\, we’ll address how Texas residents\, voters\, and activists can effect change in their state. \nFood and coffee is available for order at the location.
