SUMMARY:Self-Compassion Workshop with Lea Seigen Shinraku
DESCRIPTION:Many spiritual traditions suggest that you start with yourself when cultivating compassion and loving-kindness. When you have a more open\, curious relationship with yourself just as you are\, rather than imposing ideas about who you think you should be\, you can trust your experience to unfold organically\, without the use of force. From this place\, you can relate to yourself with greater ease and wisdom\, be more open and honest with others\, and enjoy a more satisfying life based on authenticity and mutually supportive relationships. \nIn this afternoon workshop\, Lea will offer teaching\, discussion\, guided meditation\, and interactive exercises. She will also share tools for helping you find deeper compassion and nourishment in your relationship with yourself and with all beings.
