DESCRIPTION:Journalist\, film director and former Israeli settler\, Lia Tarachansky will make a stop in San Antonio to present her documentary film\, “On the Side of the Road”. \nThe film explores the Israeli denial of the Nakba\, the violent expulsion of Palestinians from their land and homes in 1948 to establish the state of Israel.
