DESCRIPTION: \nWe our steady on our way to begin San Anto Cultural Arts 51st Mural in collaboration with Martinez Street Women’s Center and Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. This mural is special because it showcases major accomplishments by African American women in San Antonio to help guide young women into outstanding careers instead of unplanned pregnancies as a teen. \nWe are calling to our community to help us out in a major way by volunteering sometime at Lockwood Park where we will be painting our prepped PolyTab cloth that will later be installed directly onto a 20ft by 63ft wall. This wall is located off Walters and Houston\, down the street from Antioch Baptist Church. \nThe San Antonio Stars\, Local Artists\, and community members will all be there to help all artists of all ages. Please come out and have a part in this monumental event! \n
