DESCRIPTION:\nThe Interreligious Council of San Antonio will meet on Monday\, December 8 at 6:00 p.m. at 12500 N.W. Military Drive at the Campus for the San Antonio Jewish  Community in the Federation Board Room on the upper level near the elevators. \nOur program will be a discussion of Deepak Chopra’s Book God: A Story of Revelation\, Chapter 6: Julian of Norwich. Guest Speaker\, Sylvia Maddox: Sylvia Maddox is a retreat and workshop leader in San Antonio\, Texas\, focusing on the areas of prayer and spirituality. She has served as a missionary journeyman in Indonesia and has worked in a variety of cross-cultural and ecumenical settings. Sylvia teaches in the Religious Studies Department of The University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio. She has written an article about Julian of Norwich. \nGuests are welcome. Refreshments will be served at 6:00 p.m. \n \n\n
