DESCRIPTION: \nOn Tuesday\, May 9th\, the San Antonio chapter of Americans United will host a showing of the film “God and Governing”\, followed by a panel discussion by religious leaders. \nThis film is a production of the Texas Tribune\, and includes interviews of members of the Texas legislature regarding their views of the connection between personal faith and public policy. It will be introduced by the producer of the film. \nThe panel following will discuss their reactions to the film and be available to answer questions from the audience. \nThis event will be at the Bijou Theater\, 4522 Fredericksburg Road. Doors open at 6:30. \nThis event is free and open to the public. \n
