DESCRIPTION: \nAs more people take up our right and responsibility to defend sacred waters and lands wherever we call home and/or beyond\, Vecinos de Mission Trails and La Botánica invite you to continue the conversations that incite consciencia\, and move us to action. \nJoin us for a film screening\, “Guardiana de los Ríos” (guardian of the rivers) in honor of Berta Cáceres of the Lenca people\, indigenous woman\, water defender of Honduras\, beloved leader of a feminist movement for the rights of her indigenous communities and of Mother Earth. \n•Enjoy good foods by La Botánica (partial sales will go to solidarity with Standing Rock).\n•Purchase rebozos made by mujeres artesanas of Michoacan.
