SUMMARY:Eastside Women's Mural Unveiling
DESCRIPTION: \n  \nMartinez Street Women’s Center\, San Anto Cultural Arts and the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church would like to present the mural artwork created for and by the Eastside Community. We’ve been planning and painting with the help of over 100 community members\, who have attended our community paint days and contributed to this amazing piece of public art. \nThis Saturday\, our collective vision will become a reality as we unveil the East Side’s largest mural\, honoring African American women and serving as a tool to inspire young women on their path to adulthood. This will mark the 51st mural in San Antonio brought together by SACA in collaboration with MSWC and AMBC\, and was led by mural artist Jane Madrigal & Rabbit Rye. \nIn addition\, Martinez Street Women’s Center will be hosting their annual Back to School Giveaway!
