DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Day of Action on Feb. 19th! \nRally with us at AT&T with signs\, banners\, and our voices to tell them that their dollars cannot silence us! \nMoment of action during rally: We will call and tweet our Reps. who do NOT yet support an open internet! \n10 #OpenInternet Facts: \n– Net Neutrality means Big Cable companies cannot control what you see online. \n– Net neutrality means Big Cable companies cannot control what you send online. \n– Net Neutrality is vital to our communities (#BlackLivesMatter\, #Ayotzinapa43\, #LGBT\, #SmallBusiness\, #Artists\, #Everyone) because our voices matter. \n– The open internet is the only communication channel left where we can all speak and be heard on our own terms. \n– AT&T\, Verizon\, and Time Warner want to act as the gatekeepers of information online. \n– AT&T\, Verizon\, and Time Warner are spending millions lobbying against the #OpenInternet. \n– President Obama and FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler have stated their public support for Net Neutrality. \n– Over 4 million comments from people around the nation were turned in to the FCC in support of Net Neutrality. This is more than ANY other issue in history. \n– The FCC will vote to reclassify the internet under Title II Common Carrier regulation on Feb. 26th.
