DESCRIPTION:Detention of children on the sole basis of their migration status of that or their parents is a violation of children’s rights\, is never in their best interests\, and is not justifiable. – UN Committee on the Rights of the Child \nIn Karnes Family Detention Center hundreds of women and children are detained and labeled as threats to national security.
