DESCRIPTION:Are you also sick of the “thoughts and prayers” rhetoric without action? \nPlease join us for a vigil\, gathering\, and conversation about gun violence and responsible gun ownership. This event is just short of the 2-month remembrance of the mass shooting at Sutherland Springs\, TX\, a small town just a few miles away from San Antonio. \nWe will feature speakers\, poets\, and have many organizations (tba) sharing information on how constituents can demand common sense gun legislation from our representatives in politics in response to the gun violence epidemic. \nIf you would like to be involved or help organize\, please email maestranzatx@gmail.com with your information and intent. \n \n
